2010 Oregon/Washington 4wheel and camp: TSF

i go bear hunting with a few of my friends up in the Tillamook state forest and its a good time. usually find a trail from a bear with lots of shit and berries hike up the hill and eat army surplus food all day why'll we wait ahaha

sweet i'll be bringing my GOPRO HD camera to mount on my truck and have it video all of us and take pictures the whole time

 

Ive been on some of those trails in the vid, and seen some of the others but they were temporarily closed. My favorite trail i've been on so far out there is Cedar tree.

 

that does not look a whole lot different then what i drive on during hunting season. looks like fun, my kids should have a great time.

 

yea there are a lot more insane trails, those are just some easy ones. Check out like mini rubicon and see what ya think haha

 

You must see Archer's! Same style, but much, much longer. I think it's the longest trail in the park.

 

I want to hit firebreak really bad, and stop buy the waterfall and watch some trail rigs hit that oh and can opener. This is going to be a very pleasant 3 days!

 

I found out on Sunday that my mom is planning a family reunion the 26th... So unfortunately this sucks and I won't be able to make it!! Damn it!!

 

tell her to plan it a week before or a week after! lol

 

She has family coming from Kansas... If you guys are planning on being there through Sunday I wood be down to head out sat night or sunday early morning...

 

were there that friday through sunday, colton isnt to far i believe from TSF maybe hour and a half tops? you should head up that night and hang out and maybe wheel a tiny bit sunday with whoever is left.

 

Damn man. Well, we should all still be there sat night and I probably wont leave til the afternoon at least on Sunday, might even just leave monday AM.

sounds like it, so i think we should plan friday when we all get their is to set up camp and cruise close to browns, then sat really go nuts and cruise all the hell over.

 

When I was there last time, we took this route. Not sure if that is considered Jordan Creek?

That there is pretty much a full day if you get moving on the trails by ~9:30 and end about 3:00 or 4:00, depending on how many vehicles (we had 4), how fast people go and how much you stand around.

The hard trails have bypasses if needed

okay ya rogers road is the one at jordans creek and i doubt you did that one last time cause its at the very bottom of jordans creek and crosses over to fox creek. probably would have been a 20 or 30 minute drive from browns camp

 

oh and my dad works for state forestry so i'll ask him if he can pick us up a bunch of maps to hand out to everyone

 

Alright, if I get the shift I want I am deffinatley going to be coming to this. How can I pass up two weeks of camping and wheeling?
