Hey Folks, just bought a brand new 2018 TRDOR Tacoma. The PCS has randomly shut off itself three times now and does not turn itself back on until I turn the truck the truck off and back on. I live in Canada and I'm thinking the frost/snow may be obscuring the sensor.

Does anybody else have any experience with this?
Is it worth bringing it in?

Welcome to the forum, others have mentioned that same thing but I don’t know why it would shut off and not restart without restarting the engine. I guess a trip to the dealer is in order.

It happened to me the other day too with frost and snow. Hopefully the sensor was obscured and when the truck warmed up some of the crap melted away and when I turned the truck back on and off, it was clear. It won't allow me to turn it back on/adjust the sensitivity either once it comes on by itself. I can still turn it on and off/adjust sensitivity when it doesn't come on by itself.
