Someone knows a way. There's an oilfield cleanup company near me that has a half dozen Gen 2 DCLB Tacomas with flatbeds, manual transmission AND manual window cranks!

If I used mine for more work, hauling things and just truck uses definitely a long bed. If your looking for more offroading (not just a small trail) and things like that short bed in my opinion is the way to go. That is why I got the short bed. So far it has worked excellent for me and everything I need however every once in a while I want a long bed. Then I go through some trails and remember why I got the short bed.

Gen 2? Maybe it was a fleet order, guessing if you order enough of them they'll build it for you...would love to see pics !

Does she come in a long bed or a short bed, or both?

For me it's was a long bed! Love being able to throw skis, surfboards, etc under my tonneau cover and not worry about stuff getting stolen. Short bed is to short for most toys. Overall length with dual cab is about same as my old F150.

If a Tacoma came in a 8’ bed MT I would buy it, as well. 95% of driving for everyone is on road.

Canada has an Off Road Manual Access Cab, don't think a DCLB though.

Short box. As I wanted a full size cab and the dc is only offered in short box when buying the off road in Canada .

She only cums in my long bed. And selected other private places.

    Work in progress...
I like the short bed because it fits in my garage and leaves room for my scooter.

100 years ago when I still rode we called our Kawasaki 900's scooters. It might be different now.
