    It's less Tacoma and more mod
    Yeah it'll be 8 port, but from what I understand about how that manifold is made Alpine just Mills the 8port casting out to the 4 port shape so everything else should be similar.

    I appreciate the offer, I don’t think I need anything at the moment.
    I agree about the pulley location, I think both of us have assumed the head holes are relatively the same location.

    Head bolts are same location on each head. Intake bolts are centered over those, we're good

    You draft really well. It looks great! The sensor appears to protrudes from the head 1-3/4" and if the adapter is 2-3/8" thick overall then the 3RZ side must be 5/8". That should work well. Does it have a "dog leg" on both sides?

    Yes, it's on both side.
    Question: do the bolts that attach to the head have to be counter-sunk? I know you were talking about it earlier, but didn't know if it applied to this design.

    Could you make it only have a "dog leg" on the side with the sensor only for strength?

    Then bring the 3RZ's two upper bolts to have the same lobe on the 2TR side of the spacer?

    Finally, counter sink enough on the 2TR's side to allow for an Allen bolt's head to sit at least flush with the surface?

    Looks great! Is it me or does the counter sunk holes appear uneven? I would imagine all the 3RZ bolts would need to be counter sunk into the 2TR side.

    They are definitely even lol
    The only two that probably need it are the top two corners, the rest clear fine.

    Good point. A draw back might be different length bolts but it's not a deal breaker.

    I'll place the order for the SC tomorrow. Next step would be to create a prototype and test fit. I'll start shopping around for a machine shop with a CNC machine. My friends dad doesn't have a CNC machine. He's old school.

    Looks like you're using SW, just curious, how did you merge the port shapes internally, or does one overlap a bit?
