New option for radio knobs

I spotted these knobs in another post made by @Tacowiede and contacted him about getting a set. He doesn’t have enough posts to list them yet so I encourage him to get posting. These are fantastic knobs, made out of aluminum. Stand by!

Nice. I have the Hondo knobs, and while I like the length of the knobs, the diameter has always bothered me. Should have been larger.

Are these longer than stock? Hard to tell from the photo.

 

Yup, quite a bit taller than OEM knobs. I had the silicone bands on my OEM knobs because they were so short I had a hard time grabbing them.

I am picking up my new truck tomorrow night and I would like to get a set of these knobs. They are much better looking and better in general. let me know details

 

i got the Hondo knobs....they are little longer than OEM and not too wide....the OEM knobs are wide and skinny, do not stick out long enough......the Hondo’s are a nice length and fell good to the tough.....i dont care for the rough edges

Hey guys. So I have some more knobs made up and ready to ship. Regarding the size, the diameter is about 1 inch and when installed the face of the knob sticks out from the face of the touch screen about 5/8". As you can see from the picture, the knurled part is made from aluminum and has been black anodized. The insert, the part that slides on the radio post, was 3d printed.

I did not intend on selling these when I made the first set. I just wanted to replace the oem knobs since they were almost unusable. I thought they turned out pretty well so I made more. I liked the function of the hondo knobs, but felt it didn't match the radio unit. The finishwas just not right. Can't tell from pics of these r any better

I have the Hondo knobs and quite often I will notice when turning one that a turn here-and-there isn't registered by the head unit. Anyone have that issue?
