I don't know about cost co, but when I bought my current car 2016 honda civic touring I used my BJ's membership and got 5000 off msrp.

I paid $34,100 for my 2018 TRD Off Road Access Cab with tech package before factoring in trade in and TTL. It's silver with an auto transmission.

I got a 2018 DCLB Offroad in Cement w/ Tech package, carpet mats, door sill protectors, and the dealer is doing the clear bra on the hood/fenders and tinting the front windows for $35,970 plus TTL. So many things to do, the question is what to start with:)

You guys are awesome. Thanks for the info. Picked up a 2017 (only a few left) SR5 DCSB with tow and mats for 32.2k (800 under invoice).

I think you’re misunderstanding the difference between invoice and msrp.

Invoice is the “price / wholesale cost” for the dealer.

MSRP is not invoice but just the all the regular prices of everything added up.

So when people 800 off invoice. They mean the dealer lost money on me because they paid 38,xxx and I got it for for 37,xxx. It’s hard to believe that dealer invoice is really the correct number. They probably have that on their screen to use as a sales tactic.

When I bought my truck. The salesman is saying the invoice is like 39k plus sales tax that’s already at 42k and your saying you’ll do 41k walkout “cmon.” 20 min later and a conversation with the manager, “ok we can do 41 walk out”

You guys need to understand holdbacks and volumes and end of month bonus per unit

“Invoice” means nothing when one doesn’t know the whole picture of the dealership ;)

I figured it was about time for me to contribute after browsing the forums for so long. After buying a 2017 TRD OR DCLB a little over 9 months ago I found myself back at the dealership. Not by choice, but because an inattentive Jeep driver smashed into me at a stoplight, destroying my camper shell and entire build-out.

Flash forward almost two months and I am walking away with a 2018 TRD OR DCLB in magnetic gray with the Technology Package, TRD Premium OR package, and All-weather floor liner/door sill protectors for $38,200 plus TTL. For perspective this was in Idaho and I am still awaiting delivery which is a little over a week out.

I got you beat. I paid 30K out the door in Socal for the same car and the dealer sent me an escort to my place for lap dances too!

Seriously, lets see the contract LOL!!

April 28th and my Tacoma will be at the dealer ready for me to pickup. I am just happy that Toyota is still offering 1.9% interest.

I doubt prices will go down. Might be a tariff imposed on the steel in our trucks here soon.
