    i already asked @mesojdm about that idea of having them as a DRL.. he said it is doable, you just have to cut the power wire and rewire it to constant.. thinking of doing it soon.

    people are use to seeing turn indicators or hazards on mirrors. I wouldn’t run them as day time running lights.

    look around a little more when you’re driving, you’ll see a handful of cars, trucks & motorcycles with mirror DRL. especially silverados

    but if meso says they aren’t meant for it, i’m not messin with it!

    I see them on big trucks, wide trucks and motorcycles I have never seen a truck our size a compact car or full size car with them and they are generally smaller clearance lights not strips. Not trying to call anything out just stating my general observations while driving.

    you can just buy those light strips from Amazon and put them on your side mirrors if you want.

    too cheesy looking. originally i was going to make these work, they are ugly as sin but have DRL too. lots of toyotas use similar parts

    no they are for a japanese minivan, i found the link a long time ago but ignored them because the company wants $250 and the meso ones are smoked already. they make them in blue also lol. ill try and find the link again later
