I like them alot so far! Huge upgrade over the 265s, way more traction offroad. They are surprisingly quiet on road as well..

The only downfall to them is that they are damn heavy at 66lbs per tire. Hoping the regear helps with that though

I was hoping to grab a set in 255/85 soon, but wasn't sure how they were for us 2 wheelers. May just grab the Mastercraft CXT for a little cheaper clone of the Maxx.

Nice looking tire as well. Havent heard of that until now.. how much cheaper are they? If they come in other load ratings, that would make them more appealing as well to save some weight

Cheapest I've found so far. Everywhere else is about the same as Cooper which is strange. And it comes in an E which is what I want and I'll save a small bit of weight from it being tall and skinny.

That is strange.. I think I figured it out though.. I just added them to cart and they want 184 bucks for shipping:eek:

If they're close in price to the coopers.. I say just go for the st maxx. You wont be disappointed!

I am running the firestone ride rites. I highly recommend avoiding buying them off of Amazon and search for a company that is an authorized firestone retailer. They sent me the wrong air fittings that screw into the top of the bags twice and i had to contact firestone directly to sort it out. They were very accomodating, but my truck was still out of commission as i had already cut off the factory bump stops.

I inflate mine using a viair 88p, but ive heard of others using a bicycle pump as well.

I believe the max pressure for them is 100 psi. While i was up under the truck the other day, i noticed the air hose is rated for 200psi.

I keep mine inflated to about 40-45psi due to all the extra weight on my truck. I think it rides good, but i also have kings out back, so that probably helps with how harsh the ride would be otherwise at that air pressure.

Let me know if you have any other specific questions, id be more than happy to help

Thanks for the response man. I looked at buying them from headstrong offroad, but will for sure look at firestone retailer too. But as far as quality they have held up well and you would recommend them?
