What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I keep going back and forth with how to do this. I love you set up.
Do you have a link to the magic mount? I can't seem to find the one you used.

 

Added an AR15 Mount to the taco today.

As well as a Bestop a few weeks ago.

 

I actually responded to him already with a good option from TacomaPros.com and what i installed with the Video. I didn't get a reply, so i am not sure he saw it.

I had to notch my rear mounts to fit the res tube....but that looks like someone got a little trigger happy with a sawzall.

 

How do you like that best top? Do they have different models or just the one?

 

there's definitely a right and a wrong way to create clearance..... This dude, yeah, he went about it allllllllllllllllllllll wrong...

 

Installed Relentless Fabrication bed rail mounts for the 60” Hi-Lift Xtreme jack and mounted that puppy in the bed and take out the useless stock bottle jack.

 

Ouch... dayum!!!

It’s like $250 at Mobtown and is all powder coated aluminum. I’ll install tomorrow and take pics.

Anything plastic I can replace with metal on this truck the better. The two pieces that came off the tailgate are rather weak. The top rail is 100% plastic and started to deform with mild use. The large piece across the inside of the tailgate is the same material as the bed.

Whichever the case I’ll follow up

 

Who makes those mounts? Love it.

 

I believe I read earlier that the added weight disables the damper function of the tailgate. In other words it just drops when you open it instead of dropping slowly as stock. Curious to see the results. Nothing wrong with adding some strength to that weak tailgate.

It’s suppose to effect if mildly, I’ll see tomorrow when it arrives. It weighs 11 lbs and the stock two pieces are about 5lbs if I’m guessing.

Finally Got my new shocks installed with new uca as well as my RTT and KB_voodoo rack! And prinsu roof rack been a busy month with mods and more on the way!

 

Got these in the mail today. Not much but did make me smile. A little something until I decide to fork out some $$$ for new wheels and tires.

Also saw this at a customers parking lot today.

 

Finally installed all my suspension parts (kings and icon delta joints) and installed my new awning
