So how’s the weather over there for you guys? It’s a brutal 95 here today.

 

Dang, I might could have sold you mine. Had them on the Prerunner, but never moved them over.

Derp is my enemy right now. The grill and surround I got from @Daria need to be de-derped. Thinking sand blasting is in order.

Chilly AF today. Almost had to put on my coat once or twice.

 

I could go for some cool weather. Was gonna go for a run around 12 during my lunch, Walked outside to let the dog out, walked right the fuck back inside and sat back under the fan. Haven’t moved since haha

 

Have you tried just peeling it?

 

Sand blast a plastic grill?

 

Yeah, it kinda comes off fairly well, but also need a rough surface for the paint to connect to, reason behind thinking sandblast.

 

Some of my other ideas have been more strange. Maybe.

 

I'm actually working the sandblaster tonight. Big enough to drive a car in.

 

Just use 80 grit and an adhesion promoter.

 

I was trying to think of that but couldn't remember what it was.

Was talking with Jim and Scott about this not too long ago, and I think that was recommend, as well.

But automatic car wash sand blasting machine...

Do I want to do blue or green lights? Can’t decide

 

I feel like blue would be a little risky if you ever have to turn on while driving. I just try and steer clear of any sort of blue or red light on my truck.

 

How so?

 

Just for sake of someone saying they mistaked it for a cop behind them. I mean it would probably fine. I just try not draw unwanted attention (loud music, exhaust, etc).
