Where is the rattling? When does it occur (When you're just driving? when the bass hits? when the bass resonates? etc...)? What modifications to the interior have you already made?

the rattlin is comming from the behind the plastic were the seatbelt mount is and from behind the speaker box i hear it when the bass hits and if your on the outside you can hear it from inbetween the cab and the bed really bad. i havent made any mods yet.

This definitely sounds like a dynamat job - although there are cheaper brands that do the same thing. If I were you, everytime I took a part, piece of molding, panel, or connector off the xtracab I would turn up the bass again and see if the part I just removed was the cause of the issue.

    Good luck.

Thanks. no subs and factory speakers right now. install was very easy. the hardest part was removing the passneger seat and mounting the hideaway brain unit under the passenger seat. i got mine off of cardomain i think...its bee a while.
