For Kings they should be at 150 psi any less and cavitation comes into play. But if your just trying to fill them with air compressor air for a few days that's fine. You shouldn't really be playing with nitro pressures just valving.

What length? Most people with the kit are running 2.5's of one brand or another and usually 16" length. Bed cage/ shock tower design and lower shock mounts can make the 16" change to either 14 or 18's and that will play a role in final travel numbers.

 

Pretty sure he's referring to stock length.

And no. Do it once, do it right.

 

X2 Don't rush it just wait till you have enough and do it right from the get-go will save you more money and time
