I'm planning to replace wheel bearings soon, and need some help on removing these. I looked up removing ring spacers, but these seem oversized compared to regular ring spacers. I haven't seen much members with these type of attachment for their wheels either. These are used with KMC Enduro wheels 16".

Its a center cap for wheels that has bound to the rotor from overtorqing the wheels. hit it with a rubber mallet it should come off

Interesting, I'll try it out. I thought these are the center caps?

I forgot to add that I've stepped on it before, and put my whole weight on it when I was changing out the front suspension. Didn't budge, but I didn't try a rubber mallet from around the sides.

The center caps have the tube section and the cap on the end. It looks to be the tube section has stuck on the rotor hub.

Is reinstall basically assembling it back in? I don't need any type of glue or something?

No insert it into the wheel when you put the wheel back on. it should be on the wheel, but sometimes with heat generated from the brake rotors and over torqueing wheels they can stick onto the rotor.
