    Not really active in this thread, but thought id get some opinions... Lived in socal my entire life, IE and now OC. My company has offered me a transfer and essentially a salary carry to Scottsdale. Aside from the heat, any thoughts? Anyone in this thread lived there, transferred for work, etc? My wife and I have a 2yr old, her career is flexible, and we are not tied to property or debt of any kind out here in OC.
