    Nice!
If it hasn't been used in a while, put a new impeller in.

Sold my old boat and bought a Bobbie outback kayak. Loved that thing in Florida but since I moved back I really want a small bass boat. Nothing crazy or expensive. Similar to a tracker or something

Saw a couple flakes here in Littleton during my lunch break. Wouldn't even call it a flurry though.

We got 36+ inches in April, between two storms, a few years ago. Was a pain, too, because everything had defrosted so clearing the driveway sucked. Had to float the plow a lot and I still ended up putting some divots in it.

Ya I missed almost 10 years of winters here but no complaints there. This is my first winter back and it feels like a relentless one.

Soon I’ll be bitching about the heat though

Still snowing here, was snowing at 6am when the sun was coming up, hasn't stopped. Not much accumulation but the fact that it's still snowing is making me go crazy. Isn't supposed to stop for a few more hours.

No snow here and probably 40 deg, though cloudy which is depressing

That's really good to know, I will keep a close eye on any Trackers I look at and move the search towards Lowe/Crestliner. I definitely want aluminum for the low weight and the ability to stand a little more abuse. I too will be camping, dragging up on the beach, fishing shallows, etc so I like the durability of aluminum. I don't care about speed much, just want to be under 25 in case I plan to certify and fish Quabbin and I only plan to fish with 1, maybe 2 other people on the boat at a time. It gets crowded quickly fly fishing. I have trolled a few times at a local lake with a fly rod, not the most interesting form of fishing but it was fun. The tiller got annoying to use for sure. I have a small boat trailer currently so I am hoping to buy a used aluminum boat and a motor at separate times. I know nothing about motors though so that will be a separate time spent researching/searching/etc.

@Noelie84 -- thanks for your help as well, good to be able to pick brains.

No problem. My experience with Aluminum boats is mostly limited to a pair of extremely noisy canoes that we rented with some friends on an impromptu camping trip and my dad's old aluminum rowboat. Everything motor-driven I've used has been fiberglass or wood, so I'm glad stump jumpin' Jethro was here to give you more detail.

Agreed! Bring on the heat though. I'll be wearing jeans in 95 degree weather and I won't even be sweating. I love it!

Blech. I sweat any time it gets north of 80 degrees; I don't even have to be doing anything.

The only experience I have with boats in general is a small Jon boat so moving to a larger boat is a bit daunting but I want to make the purchase once so I am taking my time. Glass boats just don't seem logical right now.
