I agree. The mud flaps should have been able to hold the weight of the rear of the truck. If the mud flaps hadn't failed the damage would have been minimal.

We haven't mentioned it in awhile, but who all is still in for Rausch on the 21st? Weather permitting, I'm going to drive up on the 20th and camp, and wheel the 21st. Regardless of weather though I'll be wheeling the 21st if that means making a day trip out of it. I have a bumper for @MY50cal I need to drop off, and TW express has already been delayed a month from missing the last trip.

For trails, we'll be taking it a little easier this time since this will be @twheat40 maiden voyage to a place with some tougher wheeling. We were planning on starting with some greens to "warm up" and then hit some blues, erring on the easier side as to not fuck up any trucks.

As of now weather is mid 50s with some rain, but I guarantee that'll change from now until then.

 

I'm still down for either camping or just making a day trip. Either one. But you obviously knew that already.

 

Let me check work schedule, put me down as a maybe!

Nope. Thanks for the tag. We're doing my rear suspension on the 22nd. The weekend after I'm going for a test run at rausch.

 

I think I work saturday, but just asked. Ill figure out for sure and shoot you a text.

Thanks for tagging me. Unfortunately I have a fishing trip penciled on my calendar. If that changes I'll do a day trip to Rausch.

 

For this weekend I'll be dependent on when Kara gets off work on Friday. Yesterday she didn't get home until after 8, but today was 6:30. If it's too late, we're still down for a hiking day trip.

I don't mind setting up in the dark at all, it's more Kara. She doesn't want to have a long, stressful day at work only to get home and hop in the truck for two hours, then setting up.

Still in for me. That's my birthday weekend so might as well use it camping and wheeling!
