Orange/Anaheim border, but close enough to Santa Ana.

Yea AnaCrime. I grew up in Lynwood and bought a house there too. I work in Santa Ana and I am very familiar with Anaheim. I wouldn't live in either.

Edit: Not that Lynwood is much better ....lol

Makes you wonder if a bubble is starting to build up in the real estate.

I think for the dc area, for the most part the hoisin market has been stable and consistent. It hasn’t risen much, but hasn’t dropped much either.

Heard on an interview on NPR a week or so ago that "they" are afraid to even call it a bubble because a bubble implies that it will eventually pop...prices are just straight going to go up.

We got real lucky with our rental but it isn't in OC, OC seems to be the worst right now

the bubble has been building for the last 18-22months... It just hasn't popped yet.

Watching first hand; China is the main source of funding for all OC markets with decent school districts. Paying any price put on a home, therefore pricing most of us out of anything.

That's good man. My neighborhood isn't too bad, its not how it was when I grew up that's for sure. I plan on moving to Cerritos in a few years. The school district is much better there.

Man that sort of talk gets me nervous about another cluster waiting to happen. My one buddy was saying that he thought trump denied Cali some of their funds this year? If so, would that mess up anything that you guys would notice?

10 minute residential commute for me to get to work every morning, only reason I don't mind using my truck so much for it...otherwise that would really suck.

Yea I actually like the commute. It's one of the only times of the day I can actually listen to music uninterrupted.

Sitting in traffic while listening to Vin Scully a few years back made the drive home all worth it.

I am but income increase was only because I changed companies last September and got in to an IT Director position. Wife is underpaid by 20-30k in my opinion but you know ... female and sexist Japanese company. Actually the mortgage on a 650-700k house is doable ... but the Property Tax :eek::eek::eek::eek:
