Not sure if this would apply to the iPhone guys, so sorry.

I just upgraded from a Galaxy S7 to a S9. No issues with the S7 except with Pandora working maybe 10% of the time, so I used Slacker with no issues. Now with the S9, audio streams fine except Slacker. I can start and control the Slacker audio from the head unit but it plays from the phone's speakers only. Pandora and music on my phone play normal.

Anyone else experience this? Not sure if it's something with Oreo since there's now an option to separate music and phone notifications. I played around with those settings and still nothing.

I have the note 8 and it takes 2-3 minutes to connect to any of my apps. Note 5 worked fine.
Our head units aren't the best. I've been researching replacements. Lots of good options out there

mine just started doing this yesterday after my phone forced an update to the new OS. Galaxy s8 active. any input on how to fix this would be really helpful as slacker is my go to music app and I have a long road trip this weekend.

I heart radio seems to be the only one my truck likes from my S7

Just got the S9 and same thing. Slacker and Iheartradio, pandora seems ok when/if it connects. Seems to be the new OS. Tried unpairing, reinstalling apps, you name it.

Even attempted a factory rest. Quick Google will show Bluetooth has been having issues with the new OS since it first rolled out. Maybe Toyota just needs to update the app
