    Bummer.

    Kaena Point is close right now; but if it's dry, 4x2 can make it -- just have to avoid the mud and sand. Also, good set of All Terrain, Rugged Terrain, or Mud Terrain tires will help. And if all else fails, make sure you go with someone with 4x4 and recovery gear. Even the main path is quite muddy right now, and some of the trail closer to the ocean has some soft/deep sand.

    Me & @Waited many moons went fishing in Kaena for the day on 3/24 like 7:00 am & some trucks was getting stuck in the mud so when was going out about 5:00pm the gate was locked & they change the combination so nobody could go in,so we was waiting & a DLNR let us out & some other guys wanted to go in told the guy 820213AF-CCBC-4BAE-B71A-8D6149B83DEB.jpg it’s close to vehicles cause to much guys getting stuck lol.
