I haven’t had to replace mine yet. I put them on last summer. Roughly 15k

Nick and I were chatting the other day bout him needing after market UCA. He just gets mad when I send him good deals..


@chad_chinchilla has some noise issues front driver, think he did research and people are saying CV. I know his 3” lift next to @Tom mike is way more stout. Gotta keep the geometrty good.. UCAs are part of a complete lift imo.

 

Speaking of which looks like good weather for Saturday. I’d say there’s a def chance I’ll be down in IBSP

The hiems on my steering last forever. Use a quality uniball like one from FK Bearing and i wouldnt be worried about it one bit.

 

Fk makes the uniballs for almost all the uca. Then companies like icon and tc mark up the price because they are a “Tacoma specific” part. On a daily driver they suck I go though a set almost once a year. Your steering heims probably move a lot less and almost slower than a suspension part that is constantly moving up and down. I was contemplating ditching my tc uniball arms but I started buying my “spherical bearings” straight from FK for 1/3 the price as I can get the “Tacoma specific uniballs” from total chaos
