    P0607: ECM CPU malfunction. That doesn't sound too good.

    I think the other codes are for the missing O2 Sensors etc...

    What do you mean by better? I'd say no.

    To get better gas mileage.

    Without proper feedback from the Cats and O2 Sensors your gas mileage will always suck.
