any recommendation on wheel spacers? Just installed a set of KO2s on my 2012 DCSB and noticed my tires are tucked. What size wheel spacers should i go with? Pros n Cons to spacers?

What size tires did you go with? Most people run .75” or 1.25” to get the clearance needed to prevent rubbing the ucas. Smaller spacers are better, they wont be so hard on your wheel bearings. Also the bigger the spacer, the more rubbing on the fender flare and cab mounts

If it was me, id steer clear of them unless you need them for more tire clearance.. but if you like the wider look, go for it!

Harder on the wheel bearings, which are already a weak link in these trucks. Although running spacers isnt really any different than running rims with less backspacing

My truck has just shy of 170,000 miles on it. I installed 1" spacers with stock wheels at about 40,000. My passenger side bearing lasted till 167,000. I just replaced my drivers side, but the bearing was actually still good. I think the fears about spacers are way over blown. My truck is pretty heavy. I wheel it, and tow with it. Never had a bit of trouble. I installed them just to give the truck a little wider track, since I run skinny tires.

Do you have to trim your wheel studs for .75 inch spacers?

I have the same sized tires. I went with spidertrax 1.25 inch spacers and like them a lot. They are all made in the USA and customer service was great, not to mention fast shipping. Picture is with the spacers on the rear.

you end up with 3/4 in less stud sticking out

spacers that are too long require longer wheel studs or rims with bigger holes to allow the nut shank to go through

Nope. The studs do stick out a little but my wheels (18" 4runner alloy) had a little carved out space between the holes at the hub surface. I think most (factory)alloys have that little recess there.
