My bad, my post may have not come out of my fingers the way it did out of my mind:der:
There's nothing right now. I'm highly impressed with it. I was just saying that had my TJ not gotten hit, I wouldn't have bought one. I'm kinda glad my hand was forced with the wreck and wouldn't change it now :D

Oh, OK, I see what you're sayin'. Moved from a Ranger FX4 myself. Took quite a spell before I was able to think Japanese enough to figure out how they did things on the Taco but once figured, I appreciate how well put together these Trucks really are.

This is the first truck I've ever owned(always been a SUV guy). For where I'm at in life right now, couldn't beat a Tacoma and think it'll serve me very well.

I got a really good deal on this one(I paid less than trade-in value). My only "must haves" were 4x4, 4 door, long bed, tow pkg. A TRD would have been nice, but I wouldn't use the off-road stuff enough to justify the extra cost. For camping/kayak hauling, this truck will be more than perfect for me.
I will say, I fought "technology" for many years(I don't believe it belongs in a Wrangler), but I love the Bluetooth, etc in the Tacoma:D

I'm the same way. I drove my TJ for 9yrs and the only thing I changed was 31's instead of the factory 30's, I even kept the factory stereo/speakers:rofl:. I do plan to get a camper shell and blow up mattress for the truck though.

Still up after 2nd shift. hate it.
Got word today that after the bump, there will be no ressurection of 3rd shift.

I can go to 3rds in another dept but that means more work...and quite frankly, I dont like work.

At this point i'm just thankful that I have a job to go into. I dont think G.E. is going to recover from
    this massive meltdown.

Meanwhile, still happy with life, cold beer and Andrew Zimmern or Anthony Bordain on the tv.

4 graveyards would be nice! We work 7 straight then 4.5 days off and start swing shift.

Tonight is good. Only 1 of the 2 mills I'm at is running. Only job tonight is to fab up some lockout devices that's it n just chill till I get a call but fingers crossed that don't happen
