    @hoarder23

    Damn you for selling me these icons... probably going to order a set of Archive Hammer Hangers for the truck tomorrow to hopefully get put on by Jambo if I can find someone with a plasma cutter around here.

    And don’t care about your kids’ education.
    Maybe I should bring beer instead of food? :notsure: Maybe you’ll stay longer than 20 mins.?

    I owe many beer. Lots of beer. Education = beer.

    Um maybe. This weekend is our DFW meet. Then next weekend is camping or friends B-Day party. Looks like the 28th/29th is open as of now....

    I live in North Irving. It's not bad at all, but definitely suburbs....grocery stores and chain restaurants. Very high Asian/east Indian population with a lot of tech companies in the area. Pretty convenient to get to Dallas or Denton, not so much for Ft Worth. It's pretty quiet around here and low crime. Been at the same place for about 7 years now.

    I'm looking for convienent to get to Dallas (Harry Hines Blvd) but not downtown. Im not a huge city guy and rather not deal with trying to parallel park my truck in city traffic every day

    Are you going to get an apartment or house? If apartment, I think North Irving is a good option. Rent can be had for less than $1k and lots of different apartment communities to choose from. I can get to Harry Hines pretty easily in 10-15 minutes without getting on the interstate. I think anything in Irving north of Highway 114 or I635 will be ok. South Irving is cheaper but not as nice. North Dallas/Farmers Branch (north of I635, east of I35E) wouldn't be too bad either, but there are some ghetto places mixed in there too. Right around Parkland you have the Oak Lawn and Turtle Creek areas, but they're high dollar and definitely city living (crime, parking issues etc). Good luck with the search!

    Wouldn't be this weekend, have not even ordered the new hangers for the leafs.

    28th/29th would work, that would just be the last weekend before Jambo, so cutting it close.

    Because why not! Thinking long term as well... have tow rig, then can have RTT on tow rig and be able to bring more tools, parts, etc in that as well.

    And if I had a trailer with me and someone needed a trailer... well... I have a trailer for a fee.

    Yeah not really interested in the apartments right around Parkland. A 10-15 minute commute is nothing. North Irving sounds like a good spot to continue my search. I have a found a few places in the area I like, one of the apartments even has a garage.
