Check your cabin filter. If it's soaked too, there's water getting in from the fresh air intake between the firewall and the cab. It's just below the windshield cowl. Debris can fill in around it and plug the drain holes turning the air intake to the drain, right into your cab.

Check the A/C cooling drain line. Or least see if its coming from the blower or any of that stuff. That's where mine was coming from..a clogged drain line. Its pretty easy to fix with some compressed air.

The drain comes out the firewall sorta by the passenger exhaust manifold

This is why I skipped the A pillar mount. F that noise, can't just replace an A pillar. Haven't had any issues without it.

My guess is when the ubolts broke, one side stretched the ebrake cable locking it up, combined with traction control sensing wheel slip and trying to compensate for what it wanted to see in terms of traction. If he had the locker engaged, if one side locked up, the whole thing locked up.

That was it but it was from somewhere else too that I never figured out. Would only do it if I was parking facing up hill. Could be your windshield gasket under the cowel

At some point when I bite the bullet for a snorkel it will be 3M heavy duty 2 way tape on the A pillar for me.

Anyone know anything about the new ten trails community going up in black diamond? It's kind of far out from where I want to be though.

If that's the one off of Roberts Drive That's going to be a HUGE community. Like Snoqualmie ridge and Issaquah Highlands huge. Last I heard over 8000 houses. It's a Yarrowbay group/Paul Allen and palmer coking coal deal.

and shitty infrastructure, one main 169 to get in and out..

and black diamond cops are always bored, they will pull you over for a 'dirty' license plate.

my post may seem to try sway people away from those area is because i grew up there and experienced the growing pains of the city since the early 2000's

Yeah, they're going to have restaurants/shops, parks, civic center and a 1 gigabyte internet connection. I feel like it would be a decent investment to get in while it's new if this place blows up like both snoqualmie ridge and the highlands did.

I saw that but it doesn't really bother me too much considering a lot of renton/new castle/issaquah are built on similar mines too. But yeah the small streets handling that volume of traffic is what concerns me too. Without any traffic, moving there would extend my 10 minute local commute to 35 minutes or so. The houses in Maple Valley I looked at all sold, and the rest are in the mid 700 range and can't really afford that. So here I am looking way the fuck out at Black Diamond.

If not in ten trails, there are a few new houses that look nice out in that area too.
