Haha, then you'll be glad to know, I built the OGT on a shoe string budget. I really don't have a huge amount of $$$ tied up in it compared to what a lot of people have sunk into their rigs. Of course, it's an ongoing project I've been working on for nearly 5 years now and I still have a few upgrades that need to happen before I've taken it as far as I reasonably can (I really want to SAS it, but I don't ever see having the $$$ to make that happen), but at least I still have something to look forward to, lol.

BTW, the color is Hotrod Flatz O.D. Green.

Would a recently replaced stock suspension (on a 4x4 2.7l 5 speed) be able to handle the weight of this bumper?

Thank you, we've made a couple one offs like that but got behind on current projects and orders so that was back shelved. If we get caught up we may revisit it again.

 

Go see how much the bumper you want weighs, then go put that weight in the front if you car. I weigh 150 and stood on my front bumper and it did sag at all. My truck is different then yours so idk that answer for u

 

Maybe, she ain't light and the winch only makes it worse.

 

Finished most the fabrication, installed, and painted today. Still not done but now that it’s attached to the truck, I can contribute to this thread. Here’s how she sits...
