I call dibs on the grille. It'll be even cheaper than the Chinese knockoffs! LOL
Dang! Really happy you're okay and I'm feeling more confident in my choice to get a Taco seeing/hearing about these personal testimonies.

Ya even that explanation puts you at fault. Even if that car is turning, you need to proceed when safe, not at the slightest oportunity. The guy going straight(that hit you) always had right of way, so you pulling in front of him puts you at fault

I proceeded when it was safe, the cars in that lane began to turn right. The guy going straight in the next lane over made a lane change after I had already pulled out into that lane.

You should have not proceeded. It was your fault, ESPECIALLY from your diagram.

It is illegal to change lanes at an intersection for precisely this reason.

Then why even say you were turning. Just say the guy lane changed into you.

That isn't a four way intersection. OP should not have moved until it was safe to do so. Clearly it wasn't with three unpredictable vehicles approaching.

Second this! Damage loss that is, if you’re found not at fault. Do your research and find out how much this will depreciate the vehicle...and don’t settle for the first insurance damage loss number if it’s low.

Feel like I’m seeing a lot of accident threads lately :(

If I’m reading this right it was the blue car that changed lanes and hit OP not the second red car.

    Hopefully there was a witness...

No I was pulling out pretty slow the other guy was going about 45. The police just exchanged our info the other guy apologized and that was it.
