I'm kind of thinking about doing mine, they don't seem to bind over very tight.

I would just start at the intake near your air filter and work your way back to the intake plenum. Pull one hose, plug hole in intake with finger, check fuel trim, reconnect hose, repeat. You'll need to be quick to plug the intake when removing any of the larger ones like the pcv line or brake booster.

If you do that you can at least rule out any vacuum lines or connected vacuum systems.

It's not necessarily good, and I obviously need to get the code fixed, but I'm getting the same gas mileage I've gotten for the last 15 tanks.

    15 mpg

Makes me wonder what the thresholds for the error code are and if I've been right at those thresholds for quite a while.

I believe once you get over 15% for a period of time it will set the code.

I'm not falling for that haha. I do want to sand blast it though but it was already a nightmare shipping it here. I may just go buy a blaster.

Are those pink tops, same as in late model 3.4's?

Definitely sandblast it. I wish I had one earlier. Completely transformed my front differential.

Yeah they're pink tops, but I'm not sure if 3.4s ever got them, I'd think they would be too big I thought 3.4 got 240cc injectors

I believe they switched from the brown ones to pink tops in 01 for the 3.4, doesn't mean they're the same flowrate though. I thought 330 sounded high as well.

Ah okay yeah they may have a different flow rate 330 be a lot for the size of the combustion chamber on those. I know 3rz switched from brown tops to pink in 01 and 2rz switched from blue tops to the same pinks as 3rz in 01 as well. Another good option are apparently early 90s Supra injectors known as green tops.

Think ill just butt weld it then plate a small piece over. Toyota used light gauge metal so shouldnt be an issue

Seems like good solution to be, I'd still drill a hole at the end before welding because I'm anal about that stuff but yeah a small plate will stop the bending for sure. How do your body mounts look.
