Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.

They sell a cap for the Canton tank too. Does the tank size really matter?

    I have always wanted too..

Not that I have had any problems, but my truck has seen 7 mile WOT towing. The biggest reason I have not gone down a pulley yet. I just don't wan't to make it less reliable.

Have you heard, or had any problems with the coated rotors? I remember reading it could be an issue with water/meth or 7th injector.

    What kit are you running?

I don't think it makes much of a difference. But larger capacity "could" provide better cooling, or rather more time before the system is heat soaked.

Snow performance. Snow techs had a nice reply to that . I'll post it soon. Truck runs better with meth. Its cooling capabilities are amazing.

It would if you are doing a long pull up hill for minutes on end like KROG is saying. The last thing you want to do though is have a big ass storage tank sitting in your hot engine compartment heating up your intercooler COOLANT!

I was thinking about adding a tank in my bumper, when I built it. 2 actually.

One on each side in the dead space, one for the LTR coolant and the other for water/meth. The coolant tank would have to be sealedn which would also mean a new vent.

Probably easier to wrap/insulate it. The stock tank is in about the hottest spot available.

I think large capacity would have came with the supercharger if it needed it. I'll go aluminum for cooling and reliability properties. The meth kit, even at just washer fluid provides big temp drops. On the freeway it takes almost no pedal at 70. Today (on wet pavement) I broke traction at 55mph.

You are not wrong, it is a great system.

But it could always be better. Lol

The same could be said for boost, we don't need more it could have come with it.. lol

I have to give the meth a try. I don't have any issues, but colder air always runs better.

Does it affect your AFR? I know meth is a fuel, but it is a limited amount

I don't have gauges, yet. Just spent over 3k in 3 months in performance parts. Snow performance has an awesome tech support guy. He has it on his truck. 100k miles trouble free he says. It's a well designed kit. It doesn't add anything the truck hasn't liked. The meth is like having a near instant massive intake temp drop.

I put my meth tank next to my washer fluid tank. They reccomend the tank being above the pump. Easy to fill there too.

I understand that. First I spent 40k on the truck, then a month later I was like.. "hey woman, I am fixin to spend another 4700" on the supercharger.

    Then stage 3 clutch
    Then airbags
Then stage 2 clutch and $400 flywheel

And all of the other shit.

My wife has been very supportive, and I have many projects.. so the Tacoma is slow going at times. Have not found a "need" for hundreds of dollars in guages yet lol.

I definately want a seperate tank.

Toyota dumped a bunch of gunk into my washer tank, it is nasty. I was pissed. All done with "free" Toyota care now though

Some people on other applications use the washer fluid tank to run their setup. That way you know when it runs low since the low washer fluid warning light will come on...........Do we even have a low fluid light on our trucks?

    Bonus for supportive wife.

You NEED gauges! You can't monitor engine health without them.

How long does a meth tank last?
