Our increase was $103K. Let that sink in for a moment. They evidently forgot that improvements, like a pool they have appraised at $63K, are outside of the 10% increase they can pound you with every year, but only the year after you make the improvement. A 2016 improvement, added to the 2018 appraisal? Ain't gonna happen...

5 years running at 9.9% increase... But yeah. Your case seems strong for an over turn. Which means it won't... But...

Lol! I realize now why they don't let 2wd rigs on guided runs at Barnwell now.
Sure does!!! Cut a rectangular shape out of the back of that pocket it's sitting in.

Chris did a great job on that and it's in there snug as a bug!

Used 3m Velcro to keep it from moving and it's solid as could be.

Also, it will be super easy for me to pull it out and wire up the external speaker in the truck and the PA system under the hood.

Anyone in Austin know where to find a CB antenna stud locally? The Chad himself is missing that one piece to finish up his CB install and I hope to snag one for him... since Im in semi-retirement currently

They may be trying to get him to bring his sale documentation. Legally, the state can't ask you what you paid for your house. What they CAN do is hit you with an over the top appraisal, like that one. The homeowner brings in their sales documentation to prove that they are wrong, and basically hands over what the state can't ask you to provide.

I hosed them last year, in my review before the board, mainly because I was able to quickly read and understand the information they gave me in the first review, while sitting in the waiting room for the official review. It was quite humorous...
