This will be me super soon! Once I finish off piecing together the sound system upgrade. Whats your first big money mod? After the tonneau I'm torn between rock sliders, roofrack or a RTT (once Voodoo gets their bakflip compatible bars done).

I started with armor first IFS skid, sliders, gas tank skid. Small visual upgrades pro grille, tint, meso mods, took off chrome emblems a lot of things I can do myself in the driveway. First big ticket item will be suspension. I want King’s or ADS. I still need to find a good off road shop locally to put it in, oh and a alignment shop too. I don’t have those skills.
Start with sliders, can’t go wrong protecting the truck. If you can I suggest putting your RTT on a trailer that can go off road with you. It sucks having to pack you camp up every time you want to go for a drive.

Good recommendation, can't go wrong with protection!
Any recommendations for sliders? Want them as basic as possible, nothing fancy, and cheap

It did. Make sure you silicone those big gaps that are by the window. I forgot to do mine and the leak was bad. But the top itself doesn’t leak

The shop I went through was aware of the gaps and filled them for me. No leaks in wet WA yet with my Rebel

Idk what your price range is but I went mobtown bolt-on steel armor. I doubt they are one of the cheaper ones out there but I did the group buy when they had that and it almost payed for my shipping across the country. I did skids, sliders, tailgate reinforce and locking bed doors all around the same time so it was a huge wood box. Nearly 450lbs shipped. But I want and I went quality, and boy are they, I highly recommend them.

I like it. I just got back from Maui last week and loved that style that everyone seems to roll there. Tacoma heaven lol.

Guy down my street has the same color...in his Jeep Renegade =/
    [IMG]

Also a funny aside, a nice older guy yesterday took the time to walk up to my car while I was idling, open the passenger door, just to tell me how much he liked the color haha. Quite forward of him.

I'm sure thats only a concept truck, but I like it. Specifically the sliders and the wheels. Normally I don't care for a wheel that 'busy,' but with the color match those work. The interior is likely still the same old fugly Cheverlot.
They aren't the only ones to have a Quicksand equivalent; Jeep, Honda, Scion (pretty sure they're Toyota subsidiery), Subaru, etc.
Quicksand and Cement-esque colors are trending. Hell I got sucked in, I have Toyota's version and Subaru's version Quicksand in my garage :notsure:

This is what the dealer gave me. Not exact, but very close.
