Anyone pumped for Metro Exodus?

 

I liked the last 2 Metro games

 

I haven’t played any of the others. Just saw the advertising for it on the cover of this months game informer so I watched the cinematic trailer. Looks badass. Still no gameplay that I could find.

 

Just got 100% completion in the Shadow of War DLC , The Blade of Galadriel

Next DLC comes out next month

 

Without me needed to read 139 pages, can anyone recommend or sway me either way to a xbox 1 or ps4? Which has the cheaper online subscription

 

PS4. Both are same price online subscription I believe.

 

Both online subscriptions are the same. So it equals out to around $4 a month. As far as what console you buy it will most likely depend on what your friends play on. As far as differences between the consoles themselves... there is very little differences and very few console exclusive games. So the choice is yours.

 

I don't think there is much difference in the subscription price, although I haven't compared. Playstation has monthly free games, and I've gotten some really good ones for free or a deep discount. Not sure if Xbox does the same, but would assume they do. Mostly it's about what platform your friends play on if you like playing coop or online team stuff. After that, if you have no friends or interest in playing coop, it's which platform has the exclusive content you are most interested in.

It really depends on what your friends are playing. But looking into what kind of games your going to want to play and whether or not the are console exclusive wouldn’t hurt either.
I personally play Xbox. But I’d be lying if said I don’t see Sony exclusive games and say “damnit”. But it really boils down to personal preference.

 

In reality they are both good systems. I've got 3 PS4 Pros in the house (mostly because of Destiny). All my friends play Destiny on PS4 so that's why I chose the PS4. The Xbox 1 X is the better system (marginally) but whichever system you choose I think you will be happy. It all comes down to what games you want to play, what games your friends play, and console exclusive games. The Last of Us is a system seller to me and is a PS4 exclusive game. It is quite possibly one of the best games ever made in my opinion. And now with The Last of Us II coming out soon that just makes it easier to choose for me.

 

Last of us being one of those “damnit” games for me.

 

3 PS4 pros in th is house??? Good god how many extra arms do you have to play all 3?

 

My daughter plays with me and when I have friends over they have one to play on also.

 

I aspire to having that amount of PS4s in my house one day.

 

My main that I play on. 34' 4k UHD Ultrawide curved monitor



My daughters played on a 27' Ultrawide monitor



And for when friends come over I've got an extra but they will have to play on a 27' monitor



So yeah.... I've got about $3000 in gaming consoles and monitors not including my gaming PC

Damn. I’ll be needing to buy a new monitor when I move in to a new place. That 34 curve is beautiful

 

Ok thanks, I think I'll go ps4, they are a little cheaper

After a 2 year hiatus from playing XBOX One I decided it's time to play again.

I picked up a 12 Month Gold card and and XBOX One X to hook up to my 82" Samsung 4K HDR TV.

The problem. All my old XBOX games were boxed up and I have no idea where my wife stashed them. I did find the original RDR disc in my old XBOX 360.

I played a little RDR but I have completed it twice. The 4K upgrade is nice but not overwhelming.

I stopped by BB and got Call of Duty WWII and Assassins Creed Generations since they also have 4K updates.

I have been playing ACG for the last three days and it's an awesome game in 4K. It's fun to play as well.

I haven't played COD WWII yet but I suspect it will be fun as well.
