Agreed, but then they should carry a bicycle license tag, renewable yearly, and insurance.
I would like to be able to report the assholes that are abusing the law and a clearly visible license tag would allow this to happen and ticket the ones who need it.
Otherwise, running the offenders off the road becomes more attractive out of sheer frustration.

Agree 100%. But if you think they’re entitled now, imagine how they’ll be when they have the license to “occupy” the roadway!

IMHO if you can't do the speed limit then get the fuck off the road.

That one is nice but can get a bit crowded (Camping wise) depending when you go. Fishing is alright early, never have fished it much later than ice off.

There is also Lake San Cristobal which is my Avatar pic just south of Lake City on the Alpine 4x4 Loop.

I know lots of people have had great experiences in Mexico but I decided years ago after spending several hours with a gun at my head while our vehicle was being dismantled that I would never again set foot in that country.
You have NO civil rights, no protection, and you can't exactly call the police when it's the federales that are shaking you down.
That experience more than any other thing I've ever heard, read, or experienced gave me a tremendous appreciation for our country and the way it's set up. I hope we don't allow it to erode any further.

Anybody have any travel trailer advice? Been looking for a used Bigfoot 25b25rq trailer but seems like nobody is selling them. And if they are they are over 10 years old going for $25k. Found a brand new one in Colorado for $46k which is way more than I want to spend but my wife likes the peace of mind knowing it's brand new and it is way nicer looking on the inside compared to the older ones. Question is should I just suck it up and buy new or keep looking for a used one?

Anyone in here taken advantage of the extended service agreement on the driveline vibes? I have a shudder and made an appointment but not sure if they'll just laugh at me since my truck is lifted.
Also wondering if one dealership is more lenient than others... right now my appointment is at Stevenson East

Smaller is better. They will no tow great with a Sequoia. Stick around 22ft max as stated tow ratings are kinda fudged on the SUV that Toyota sells. You want to be below 4k dry.

@Kappes03 Brother sells RVs and could likely find you something

You don't think the sequoia can handle a 25' trailer? Dry weight is 4900lbs. Looked at the 21' bigfoots and they are just a little too small to live out of for 3 months

Have you heard from people at the dealership that the sequoia sucks at towing longer heavier trailers? I know the shorter wheelbase and independent rear suspension isn't ideal. Just did a quick Google search and everybody is saying their Sequoias handle a 25' trailer with a anti sway hitch. Think the fully loaded trailer will be about 6500lbs which is 900lbs lighter than the max tow capacity. I know you know your stuff, just didn't think I was trying to do an impossible task with the sequoia like towing a 30' 7400lbs trailer.

Complaint basket is usually full when people talk about them here. Can they tow, yes, technically they can. The rear suspension, with the way the angle change through travel/different ride heights cause excessive tire wear.
