Alabama thread!

So educate me. I have the bone stock headset that comes with the Xbone. Question. Does the in game sound go thru these? So you could basically have the TV and Sound Bar on mute but full on excitement going on in the headset so you don't wake up the wife?

this is what I have, obviously it's for playstation, but it has separate controls for chat/gameplay volume as well which is really nice. for when Androlle or Allen get too excited I can crank em down.

I assume Xbox stuff has that feature too since each console finally went to system parties instead of in game parties only.

 

I'm sure they do. I've never looked into headsets.

 

I do like that feature and have it on my current set. When playing on a team it’s nice to be able to turn the party chat up and hear clearly what we are doing.

I’m wondering if you have to use the Xbox stereo controller to be able to do that on other headsets though or If its just on the audio control on the Xbox itself when using other headsets.

 

I’ve been using a Polk Audio headset and it’s been great for 2 years. Almost wondering if it’s just the stereo controller that plugs into the controller that went out on mine.

Either way it’s a good excuse for something new. Lol
