Cinnamon is my secret ingredient in a lot of dishes, actually. Everything from pulled pork to venison stew.

For most of my recipes I usually start out low and keep bumping it up until the GF complains

I actually prefer squirrel with just a little bit of BBQ sauce.

I typically do a rub of some crushed red pepper and salt (or Cajun seasoning since that's pretty much what it is) and some garlic/onion powder and a little ground coffee, then ill glaze it with bbq sauce a half hour before its done (when smoking, in the crockpot I guess I could glaze it in the oven afterwards or just put the sauce in from the beginning)

So the uncooked pasta as bottom layer only, not all mixed together with everything else?

Coco powder. Use it in Cincinnati Chili. Love how the chocolate affect kinda butters up the taste buds before the all out assault takes place by the Tobasco sauce. Definitely a hello to the senses. Oh, here's my go to for Ciliac biscuits. They turn out pretty damn good too.

Correct. Pasta, cream, shred cheese and then spices and the velveeta. I'm not a big fan of velveeta but a little bit of it does help make it creamier.

This is what it looked like when I started. Never stirred it until I took it off and then just poked it with a spatula to break up the crust.

Trying the cobler thing on apples (accidentally put twice as much sugar in the apples as i was supposed to but luckily it wouldnt all absorb into the fruit so prolly only like 65% too much haha saving grace could be that i may of had more fruit this time around but i didnt measure so we may never know... Well ill know somethin in a couple hours)
