Not bad. So much better having legit HID projectors with FGL rather than the drop in "Hx" type kits.

Probably a dumb question for most of you but why do the projector headlights have the step down in the middle of the beam? Just curious why it's not straight across?

So you don't blind oncoming drivers. In other parts of the world that drive on the wrong side, they slope the other way.

Probably one of the more expensive routes, but his work is great. Like most things, you get what you pay for! Check out lightwerkz too.

I bought a light to test this on but my first round didn’t go so well. I’ll probably try again with the suggested pliers to separate the lens from the housing. If not, I guess I’ll be getting my lights done

@mesojdm, Hey Stew I know you are a busy man, honestly I don't know how you do it all, but I was curious if you made any further advancements with the acura jewel retrofit?

Need some advice from those who did the RX350 retrofit. The retrofit source website gives me 3 different options and I’m completely confused.

    1. RX350 AFS vs NON AFS
    • Not sure what AFS is?...
    2. Clear lens upgrade (STI-R)
    • Worth the $30?
    3. Tuning service
    • Is it worth the additional $100? How difficult is it to tune them your self?
Really not sure what options to choose, lmk how it went for you guys and what options you guys paid for :hattip:

Swore I’d never do this mod again but if ima go through the pain I might as well make it worth my while and upgrade the lens lol.

You're going to want NON-AFS if you want them to drop right in, otherwise you'll need the adapter brackets for the AFS version.
