You’ll have to make a special DBB edition knee scooter, with a wedge camper style, pop up privacy tent. Then the knee pad can rotate 180* and become a toilet seat.

Most boot shops that do repairs should have a long arm leather machine that will work awesome. I've used J's boot repair in Oroville for many repairs on soft tops and truck tarps and other goofy shit I was fixing. The guys name is Gene super cool guy.

 

There is a few shops in sac that can help you. They mostly do boat and car covers but do lots of things like seats and door trims.
Not cheap, but if your jyst getti g a repair might not be to bad. Call around. You might be surprised.

 

And the keg room is right next door. Can have a drink while you wait. I wouldn't do it in that bar though. Folks get pulled up and tossed out for nothing.
