Doug do you just throw the bacon in a roasting pan and cook it on the grill like that? Have never done it that way and thinking about getting a pork belly and making some bacon for our team during go live in a couple of weeks. If that works it would be the easiest way to cook a full belly of bacon. Sliced of course. Boy that whole picture looks good....

Phone just went off as I was sitting down. Freaking blizzard warning. Ice and snow starting tomorrow night then downhill from there. High winds cold and lots of snow on Saturday. I give up. No baby back ribs on the smoker Saturday. I can be stubborn and in denial all I want but that is pushing it even for me.

    Well maybe not....

Yeah actually have a silicone blanket that works well in the cold and wind.

But it is me I am worried about LOL. I don't want to feel that wind blowing snow in my face anymore. Have 2 Ithaca 16 ga. 37's to pick up in town on Saturday from my FFL dealer but if we get what they are saying not going to get out of the driveway. I guess better get some food tomorrow while I'm out. Going to be a long weekend. Inside.

Sounds like a good day to slow cook a pot of beans on the stove, or a stew.

Showed the guy and sent pics. They will pay for repair. Guy said how did they not break it before?

Duh, put down dirt and make a ramp. What do you do for a living?

Drawings were missing a small detail, so we have to redraw them, then get stamps from all the different departments then resubmit them.

Looks like vacation is scrubbed. No trip to the villa.

Fell asleep at 2045, woke up when wife got home from work at 0010
Now I will try and fall asleep again.
