So I got my knobs in today, popped my OE ones off and these on. Holy crap these are the exact knobs these trucks should have come with. Like some of you, I thought the texture might be a little to much but it is not near as exaggerated as the pictures show. These are a perfect replacement to the odd OEM Tacoma knobs. I highly recommended them....and the shipping time/packaging was great too!

Someone asked if the knobs block the blue indicator light. Until that post, I had never even realized that there were
lights above the knobs, so it's not a big deal to me. I love the feeling of these knobs, and they're much easier to use
with gloves on, but this might help someone who is concerned about the lights.

If you're looking straight on, the knobs do block the light:



Depending upon your height, they may block the view of the light from the driver's eyeline.
I'm 6' with a 34" inseam. This is a zoomed in view of the radio from the level of my eyes.
If you're shorter, you'll see even less of the light for the volume knob.




Not even close to a deal breaker for me, but everyone has there own idea of what's important to them. I'd rather have the larger diameter.

The difference in the od between this knob and the oem is about .06" or .03" per side. They're only slightly larger.

Strange. My '17 OR w/ tech does not have those lights. Part out I suppose.

 

Same here, I have a 2016 OR and do not have the lights.
