Acme Tool is having a 20% off 199$ or more on their Milwaukee tool-only inventory... I'm so tempted to jump on their 12V line since I have the 20v Dewalt set and really like the M12 line for Milwaukee..... ughhh

If your going to get any of the Milwaukee cordless tools make sure to get the ones in the FUEL line for the voltage that you need. It's good stuff

I've found the computer to be a little optimistic but not horribly so. I'm usually about 1/2 MPG lower when I hand calculate vs. what the computer shows. Towing, when I drop in the 8-9 MPG range, the computer is actually really accurate and is only 1-2/10ths off.
I've had great luck with Dr. Colorchip. I used it for both the Tacoma and the Ferd and it really is about as easy as the YouTube videos make it out to be. I'd recommend it for the $30-40 the kit cost.

I used to hate that when I had the bikes. Now at least with the '69 I don't have to get soaked on the ride home. But it still needs to get washed afterwards.

Bedrooms and upstairs are both set to 64. Downstairs is set to 68 cause of daughter being in drafty bedroom and garage.

My house is set to 62 in the winter, 65 on a real bad day (if your cold too bad put warmer clothes on) and 72 - 75 in the summer. I'm like @Breakfast Taco and have no insulation in my house

My new house is all 2017 efficiency standards. My gas bill went from 400 in a tiny house to 100 in this one. I love it

No insulation?! What are your heating bills?

I spent $1000 on oil this winter to keep the house at 65 when I'm home, 60 at night and I have great insulation and a triple-pass low-mass boiler that's still very efficient for its age.

Rent a machine and use the blow-in stuff. Did that in the kitchen, works great

My house had no insulation and old wooden windows that rattled all the time

I am 72 during the day and 67 at night. All You 60 degree people are nuts....unless you don't have insulation, but I dunno, living in New England it might be smart to get some of that if possible. My brother has to burn a ton of wood because the old framing on his house won't let him put enough insulation in and even upgrading all the windows and doors only does so much.

What's your story Noelie. You are pretty funny and come off as a jokester but then you keep commenting about the farm life and all these cool things you guys have. Also, sometimes I think you are 18 and others 50, so if you don't mind spilling all your secrets how old are you?

We are in a 35 yr old barn with 1400 sqft and have had to re-fill our propane tank 3-4 times this winter. New building we built is 4500+ sqft and we only had to refill the same sized tank once. It is absolutely insane the difference some high level insulation/windows and an efficient hvac system can do to lower the bills.

If I go to bed early and leave don't override the thermostat down in advance, I can't sleep. 65 is too hot.

The summer gets frustrating because I need to have the A/C cranked at night to make it acceptable.

I'm with you on this! We just had the heater circulating valve stick and had to replace it. I'd wake up in the middle of the night because it was too hot in there to sleep in! We'd lower the heat to go to bed to 62-63 and it'd be 72 + degrees in there

My house was built in the 1930s. Was a summer cottage.

    I mean… it’s a Ford, you don’t care
There is nothing more frustrating then when a delivery date gets pushed back. My new seat covered we’re supposed to be in yesterday, and now it says tomorrow :frusty:. Naturally I had time to do the install yesterday or today too
