    Quite flat.
    I ran a few miles yesterday that had some "hills" through the woods. According to my Garmin watch, total elevation change was only 135 ft.

    Ran 5+ miles a few days ago in a different part of town and elevation change was still only 103 ft.

    Down 5lb and my belts go a notch smaller. :cool:Blood pressure also looking better. Still mostly eat what i want but really increased physical activity.

    I’m going to be replacing my inner/outer tie rods next week and curious how much more trouble it is to go ahead and replace the steering rack bushing? Also, any input on the polyurethane bushings?
