    I may have tweaked a few things...
    For sure, if you have the art I can make it happen. I can create stuff too but i’m much more of an engineering type than a designer.

    I do cut vinyl graphics and I run a latex printer. So for this I would print on standard vinyl media and laminate it (matte or glossy) to protect it. Should last years as long as it doesn’t start to peel up.
