That will stay but I might take the overload out and set the KINGS to 2.5 so it still looks the same pretty much

What's interesting is that some people report a bit of rub at full lock in the fenderwell, while other say only on the mudgaurds. Some people with the -30 mm offset Sport rims even talked about UCA rubbing. Still others report zero contact at any point. All these comments were on a variety of rims with various width, back spacing and offsets.

I can say that the 265/70 with the -15 mm offset Trail rim on the stock TRD suspension DOES NOT make contact at any point....at least on my particular rig

BTW....checked my speedo against my GPS this morning. An indicated 70 mph showed 70-71 mph on the GPS.

On stock tires most Toyotas are 2-3% under anyway. So basically I'm dead on where I should be.

Excellent. Glad I found this thread. With the same wheels I am now comfortable purchasing 265/70/17 wheels for my truck. I know it will not rub on the stock suspension so I can buy the tires and have the new rims mounted and take my time getting the Pro suspension kit I bought on the truck.

I may explain this wrong, but someone explained that the TPMS had to be synced in order to use them on the Tacoma. Not sure if I am explaining it correctly. But basically, if I have the wheels what do I need to do in order to have everything set up so I can run a set of summer tires on the Trail Wheels and a set of winter tires on my stock rims. Then in the fall and spring I can just jack up the truck and switch over the wheels.

Both sets of wheels will have TPMS in them correct? Each time you swap over they will have to be initialized to the vehicle. My local guy does it for 20.00

Well shit, that kinda defeats the purpose of getting two sets of wheels to avoid the changeover fee. Anyway to set it up so both sets read the same so I don't have to initialize them each spring and fall? I wonder how much the tool costs to initialize the sensors?

Nope you could do what @moe2o4 does with his TPMS sensors so you just have to use 1 set at all times

My OE rims will have Duratracs on them soon for winter use and as a 2nd set in general. I'm not at all worried about sensors in them. They won't be on the rig that much anyway.
