@TRSAndrew it looks really good! I've always had an idea in the back of my head to make the projector a dual filament for high beam and low beam and then where our current high beam is, put a 6" LED bar for "Off-Road use only." But valid points were brought up about how you would dissapate the heat generated from the light bar. But since your making your own housings, you could make a bezel specifically designed for a 6" bar so that the heatsinks would be on the outside of the assembly and maintain a water tight seal.

 

Already have rx350s in but I might just have to get these when available. Very curious as to how the light output will be.

Is there a functional consideration for not going with round projectors as opposed to the squared-off shape in your rendering?

 

Is there any way you can darken the reflector a bit, or does it have to be like that for DOT?
