Blue first gens?

Does anyone have one? Pretty sure blue wasn’t a factory option correct me if I’m wrong. I love the way they look and I would paint my white tacoma blue if I ever went to get it repainted

I have one. Toyota calls it 'Cool Steel' on the key tag, but it appears to be a light blue.

 

Toyota produced first gens from 95.5 to 97 in a color called Paradise Blue Metallic. Its the color I have and its a pretty rare color.

Count me in as one of the oddities. Wasn't sure if I liked the color at first but it grew on me over time. Cleans up nice and doesn't look bad when dirty!

Early models had a cobalt blue option aswell. this is the original colour of my truck

I'll have to get a pic of mine later, since I'm at work. But, my 95 Tacoma that got passed down to me from my uncle was a Paradise Blue Metallic one and it was beautiful haha. I've never been a bright color fan, but that color looks good to me. Called the truck old blue (before I realized it was a common name haha)

Prefer it over say cobalt blue pearl which seems to much in the uncanny zone of being a kind of dark blue but not dark blue but not blue enough to be just blue, or kinda blue but is kinda purple sometimes even though its blue. haha hard for me to describe though lets be honest - I'm biased.

Unfortunately the truck was wrecked due to my little brother's driving right into a grannie's car a few thanksgivings ago.

 

Here' mine. It's been painted from white to Toyota's light metallic blue color. I just painted my topper to match the body. Putting a kayak rack on top of it tomorrow and then putting the topper on the truck.

 

Paradise Blue owner here, just recently acquired mine. Count me in the camp of "coolest color" Tacoma. The bonus is that it also came with the best looking front end!

White first gens seem to be rare too(haven't seen a lot around) and look gorgeous

Btw, surfside green is not bad too. It's more like teal than green

Damn, didn’t know paradise blue was popular, I got mine for cheap but it’s got a bad frame :/ currently trying to find a new frame for it lol
