I have been looking at the smittybilt x20 and the xrc 9500

 

Where is that? I wish the power lines near me were open but they closed them a while ago when a 100 something unit 55+ development started going up.

 

Did a thing today.... Front Runner Slimline rack
Noise is pretty mellow compared to what I was expecting.
Things I noticed - Front Runner uses some really shitty hardware - some of the bolts required me to hammer in my allen socket into it so I could actually get them to fit (yes I was using the right size...). In addition they should spend a little more time deburring edges of their material before coating them.

Overall content with the rack, I'll run it for a week then do a test run with the RTT mounted for a few days and see how it holds up.

Also did an oil change... which reminds me - time to restock on filters.

 

Cousin is over smoking some pulled pork and jerking with yard work. Take and blew all the leafs, cleaned out the flower beds, spread some soil, grass seed, lime, and fertilizer. Plus some mulching....... Lung day. Plus took out the propa furniture.

Saw a moose while I was turkey hunting last season from roughly 100 yards. Beautiful animals.

 

Everyone in my family has seen them but me. I was so excited I chased it down the road to get video.....at a distance so it didn’t fight me

 

It was the first one I had seen in MA so I thought it was pretty cool. Where we fish in Maine, we pass at least 10 a night on the drive home just standing in/next to the road.

 

Temps dropped nearly 30* in the last 3 hours. WTF!
