    Don't let anyone get to you... People are just jealous. 100% I know I drove decently nice cars through HS, and I caught flak all the time. People work hard to give their kids the best they can, no matter what that equates to.

    You're right, it is in their name and I'm under the insurance. I pay for the insurance and gas(if it moves) and anything that happens to it. I say the vehicle is mine because my father says it is.

    It's mostly bc most people hate spoiled teens! Most arent as fortunate and there parents made them/me work for my money, In order to buy what we want.

    My parents did help somewhat... about 40% or so. Got my Tacoma when I was 19. So it was maybe 3-4 years old.
