    What connectors are people running for their positive/negative battery terminals?

    I've been having issues with my positive one being flaky.

    I was looking at choices on Amazon hut the reviews were really hit or miss. My local auto parts store doesn't carry any reolacements.

    Ones that make it easier to add accessories (II' running amp and headlight relay harness among other things) would be my top choice.

    I have been running the Marine Type for about 20 years now .

    Since I make my own cables with lug ends a stud terminal works best for me.

    I would take the above terminals, and replace the bolts with metric.

    Sounds like a good plan to me.

    The biggest question is: is it worth an extra $18~ for a second post per terminal with the military style kit vs a standard marine style kit?

    Not enough to have a build thread.
    I'd definitely say yes. Especially when adding aftermarket accessories. Like amp wiring, a winch, and lights.

    If you plan on adding lights or other electrical accessories, something like this will help keep your wiring clean, too. There are a couple threads (one for a 2nd gen that I can recall) that detail installation.

    I don't have one yet, but it's on my list.

    Ah, yeah, I've seen these. I have a smaller one (6 fuses) but it might make sense to upgrade to a bigger one. I currently have a CB but I plan on adding aux lights, heated seats, etc among other things

    I run one of those fuse boxes for my lights, actually found a place in the diver foot well where there was a already threaded hole that i just bolted right up to.

    I bought this fuse holder and then I returned it. It's not a bad fuse block, but after inspection, I realized that I could only have loads up to 30 amps on each branch (which is a problem if I want to use one of the branches for an audio amplifier or add a large inverter. Plus I would have to use crimping ring terminals. I instead bought a mini-ANL fuse block with four branches. I still have to connect it. I'm trying to get ideas on the best way to connect to my battery posts. I'll post pictures when they're installed.
