    The Doc sent me his YouTube vid on how to tale care of myself, so I think I'll be good. Prob gonna skip work Monday to get extra rest, but back at it Tuesday on light duty I should be alright. Of course, that's all judgment calls based on how I'm healing up. Did a few laps around the hospital this morn so the Doc was satisfied with releasing me. Only real pain at the moment is all the gas I got. Gonna hold off on the narco meds til bed time so that way I can build up the pain tolerance. I appreciate ya looking out though, thank you.

    Hmmmm...next time I’m down there I’ll have to hunt it down.

    We used to hit the Taquiera Jalisco across from the Selfridge Gate, and it was all pretty good. A clear indication to quality would be 6 SAPD cruisers hanging out and no one getting arrested (‘cause the cops were stuffing their faces) or the busses of shoppers up from Mexico stopping to eat en masse. Their enchiladas verdes were especially yummy. Been a while since I was there (retired and moved off base in 2011).

    Just be aware some gas can/did get trapped in your belly and will make its way up and turn into right shoulder/scapula pain.
