I was just wandering, been working and commuting to Alaska for 26 years.

 

Melt down was quick this year

 

Ya we got water running every where up here, and we had a tremendous amount of snow.

 

Installed Total Chaos bed stiffeners. These things are pretty solid!

 

Any issues with the install. Fixing to order these for my camper install

I want one of those, but I can't justify $300 so I don't have to carry around a garage door opener... Does it work with the power off?

 

I was hoping it wouldn't work without the power but the homelink still works while the vehicle is completely off.

That's why I like this better.. You can park your truck outside overnight and not worry about homelink and you can use your phone to open it or close it from anywhere

Man I've been slowly switching my house over to the smart side... I got tired of coming home at lunch and seeing the wife and kids left every possible light on and next up is smart electrical outlets so I can turn the flat iron and curling irons off for her after she leaves for work

 

I have one of the trays, I've been thinking about getting one of these as well. Any rattling while going down the road?

I have had my truck for 2 months and so far I have added an american roll cover with the yakima rail/cross bars, pikes taco vinyl on the wheels, linex ultra on flares and fender valence, meso turn signals and ultimate LED dome/map lights, velcro strip in the center console, and a debadge. on the list is a new grill, wheels/tires, lift and maybe sliders.

 

The organizer itself won't rattle, it's solid. I could see it making noise if you had something loose in there. Mine isn't making any noise in the few short miles I've driven.
